To facilitate a smooth process, please ensure that the item you wish to return or exchange is in its original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags.
Kindly note that we currently only allow exchanges for a different size or color. If you prefer a different item, we will issue store credit, enabling you to place a new order with the desired item. Please be aware that exchanges for out-of-stock items are not possible.
When sending back your item, include an exchange/return instruction message inside the package with the following details:
– Order number
– Return or Exchange
– Item you want in exchange

Shipping and Handling Times
Our commitment to efficiency means that 95% of all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Priority Orders are given precedence over standard orders. We do not dispatch orders over the weekend, and any orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
To ensure same-day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders, please place your order before 10 am PST. Orders placed after this cutoff time will likely be shipped on the next business day.
